ORDERS

MANAGING ORDERS

Click on Build > Shop > Orders

PENDING ORDERS

Click on Build > SHOP > Orders > Pending

You can track all your pending orders, orders that have been purchased by your clients but you haven’t fulfilled yet. To see additional details about each specific order, click on the Order ID on the left side.

CHECK ORDER

Check Orders

By clicking on the Order ID, a new page with all the order’s detail opens. Here you can see the Order Status, Date, Payment Type, Currency, among other options. It is also on this page where you can see the billing and shipping addresses.

SAVING

In case you have made any alterations to the order, don’t forget to save them by clicking on the Save Order button on the top of the page. Right next to it you will also find a Print button in case you wish to print the order.

APPLY DISCOUNT

Apply discount

It is possible to apply discounts to a product at the order level.
Under the Products section, a dropdown percentage menu can be found. If you wish to apply a discount to that order, simply choose the percentage and the new product price is calculated automatically .

NEXT STEP

Once you have verified all the details of the order, you are ready to ship it. To fulfill the order, change the status of the Order to Completed.

Select the Order > Change the status to COMPLETED

COMPLETED ORDERS

Click on Build > SHOP > Orders > Pending

In this section you can track all your completed orders. These are orders that you have already fulfilled.

You can see an overview of all the completed orders on the page To check additional details about each specific order, click on the Order ID on the left side.

PAYMENT COLLECTION

Apply discount

Once the order has been moved to the Completed Orders, the client will receive an Invoice on his email. The collection of payment depends on the payment gateway chosen.

CREDITED ORDERS

Click on Build > SHOP > Orders > Credited

Credited Orders are orders that you have partially or fully refunded to clients. To be able to credit an order, the order must be at the Completed stage.

HOW TO CREDIT AN ORDER

Once at the Completed Orders tab, select the order you wish to credit and click on the Credit button on the top of the page. A new page with the credit details appears.

Once an order was moved to Cancelled Order it is not possible to change back its status. Only change an order status to Cancelled if you are certain you wish to cancel that order.

CREDIT OPTIONS

To apply any credit option, not only you should fill in the required fields but also select the option by clicking on the tick box on the left of each option.

CREDIT AMOUNT OR PERCENTAGE

Credit Amount or percentage

In this section you can choose a percentage of the price or type down in the field the exact amount you wish to refund.

SHIPPING METHOD

It is also possible to refund the shipping costs. Again, you can choose a percentage of the cost or type down in the field the exact amount you wish to refund.

RETURN SHIPPING

In case you want to charge the client a Return Shipping cost, you can do it by typing down how much this cost should be. Given that the total is an amount to be credited and since this is a cost for the client, don’t forget to add the value as a negative amount.

CREDIT METHOD

In Credit Method you can choose whether you want the credit to be done automatically, whereby the editor automatically credits the client based on the payment gateway used in the purchase; or manually, in which you can credit the client in an alternative agreed way.

CANCELLED ORDERS

Click on Build > SHOP > Orders > Cancelled

In this section you can track all your completed orders. These are orders that you have already fulfilled.

CANCELLED ORDERS & STOCK QUANTITIES

When an order is cancelled the stock is not updated automatically. This means that if you cancel an order of x items, you must go back to your products list and manually restock those x items.

Once an order was moved to Cancelled Order it is not possible to change back its status. Only change an order status to Cancelled if you are certain you wish to cancel that order.
